Insured Patients (In-Network & Out-of-Network)

If you have health insurance:

  • We will verify your benefits as a courtesy; however, coverage and payment are determined by your insurance provider.

In-Network:

Hearing Aid Return Policy

Trial Period & Returns

In accordance with California Hearing Aid Return Law, hearing aids are warranted to be specifically fitted to your individual hearing requirements.

If your hearing aids do not meet your needs following the initial fitting, you may return them within forty-five (45) days of:

The date of the initial fitting, orThe completion of the fitting process whichever occurs later).

Refunds & Replacements

If you choose to return your hearing aids within this evaluation period:

  • You may request a replacement, or

  • Receive a refund of the purchase price, less applicable professional fees.

  • There are no refund after the 45 day evaluation period

Professional Service Fee

If hearing aids are returned during the evaluation period, a $625.00 professional service fee will be retained.

This fee covers:
